KACHAi is an AI food photography app operated by SEONG GOAT ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY LIMITED, a company registered in Macao. This review draft is prepared in English.
KACHAi is available in supported countries and regions, subject to applicable laws, App Store availability, and our service providers’ restrictions.
02. The service
KACHAi uses AI to create food photographs from images submitted by users. AI-generated results may differ from the original photograph and should be reviewed before use.
03. Subscriptions and Apple purchases
KACHAi offers Weekly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. iOS purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase. RevenueCat manages subscriptions. Weekly is billed weekly and Yearly is billed yearly; the subscription credit allocation described below resets weekly for both plans.
The applicable price, currency and subscription period are shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple’s subscription management settings. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Settings your name Subscriptions.
App Store Connect currently identifies Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement as the app licence agreement. These service terms are being prepared alongside that agreement.
04. Subscription credits
For both Weekly and Yearly plans, subscription credits reset to 16 each week. Unused subscription credits do not accumulate or carry over to the next weekly allocation. A reset sets the balance to 16; it does not add 16 to the previous balance.
When an upgrade from Weekly to Yearly takes effect, subscription credits reset to 16 on that effective date and the weekly reset schedule restarts from that effective time. Top-up credits are unchanged.
If you resubscribe after a subscription has expired, subscription credits reset to 16 after the new purchase is verified as effective. The weekly schedule is based on the actual effective purchase time. Top-up credits are unchanged.
05. Top-up credits
Top-up credits are stored separately from subscription credits. They are not part of the weekly reset. Unused top-up credits are not cleared by a weekly reset, a Weekly-to-Yearly upgrade, or resubscription after expiry.
06. Your images and AI output
Proposed clause for review: only submit content you are authorised to use and process. Review generated images for accuracy and third-party rights before publishing them. Approval of this proposed clause is required.
